Facilities

Poseidon boasts one of the best boxing facilities in England.  Situated on the first floor of the East Stand at The Ageas Bowl, our gym is spread over 3000ft and includes three boxing rings, 12 boxing bags and ample floor space. The boxing rings are each fitted with cameras for  performance analysis.  The gym is also fitted with sophisticated virtual reality technology that allows potential boxers to transition confidently into the competitive arena and allows those not able to box, an opportunity to compete.  Additionally we have a full fitness gym including treadmills, rowing machines, Watt Bikes, Ski Erg, lifting platforms, leg press, and huge range of dumbbells and free weights.  The gym also offers shower facilities and toilets with ample parking on site.
