Classes for 7-15 year olds that provide coach-led, beginner and recreational boxing training. The class will include technical boxing training, health and fitness development. The emphasis is placed on fun and enjoyment with no pressure to compete or partake in the contact element of the sport.
This session is for members aged 10 - 15 who are interested in competitive boxing. Participants of this class should have an annual boxing medical, be registered with England Boxing via 'The Vault' and hold an in-date boxing license. Classes for members aged 16 or over, these sessions combine training for both fitness and competitive participants. The coach-led class will include technical boxing training, health and fitness development. This session is for competitive boxers aged 16 or over. These sessions concentrate on sparring, boxing tactics, one to one boxing specific strength, conditioning and fitness training. Participants of this class should have an annual boxing medical, be registered with England Boxing via 'The Vault' and hold an in-date boxing license
A fitness session for women only aged 16 and above. The coach-led sessions will include skill development, boxing fitness and generic strength and conditioning training in a safe and friendly environment.
A boxing fitness class for all ages involving skill development and generic fitness training. At this session, parents can bring their children and engage in fun boxing fitness training together. This session is also open to all members.
